West Midlands Ambulance Service publishes a number of documents each year which are designed to demonstrate the progress that the organisation is making towards improving services for patients.
As well as our Annual Report, you will find details of our Quality Account which sets out many of the clinical developments that are taking place. There are also publications from external organisations such as the Care Quality Commission.
